Journey Towards A Multiethnic Church
Speaker: Catherine Worsley Parham, M.D., MBA
We'll look at why God longs for multiethnic churches and what we might do to develop some of the richest relationships we've ever experienced! We hope to explore how we, as leaders or emerging leaders, can be intentional in breaking down cross-cultural barriers. Our hope is that we will all leave with a vision for growing greater diversity in our churches and reaching out to our community in new and exciting ways
About Catherine:
Dr. Catherine Worsley Parham is a native of Queens, New York and the proud mom of three children ages 21, 12 and 10 years old. Catherine is a member of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Greater Boston. She serves as Kids’ Church leader for the K1/1st grades and on the Intercessory Prayer Team. For the past 6 months she has teamed up with the Vineyard USA Diversity Task Force as their Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.
Catherine has served in industry, her community and the body of Christ. She successfully combines her faith and a practical approach of strategy, operations and project management to address disparity and change management issues.
